Presented by the City of Katy Engineering, Allgood Construction worked to develop an untouched 30 Acres of land south of Katy Mills Mall. The development was the first step of a vision for an area of entertainment and hospitality open to the public. The project was to establish a Retention Pond consisting of islands throughout the design for a visual appeal. The 30 Acre Retention Pond included 300,000 Cubic Yards of excavation to be hauled offsite, with a timeline that was completed in 150 days of construction.
